No Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Vistaar WebX are strictly non-refundable. Once a service is purchased or payment is processed, it is considered final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, whether partial or full.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all types of services and digital products offered by Vistaar WebX, including but not limited to:

  • Web development & design

  • Digital marketing

  • SEO services

  • Software or digital content

  • Any custom packages or plans

3. Why No Refund?

The nature of our work—custom, tailored, and often intangible—means that once work has started or deliverables have been accepted, we are unable to reclaim or reverse the value of the work delivered. Services are rendered based on client specifications and are therefore non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellations before work begins: May be possible at our discretion and may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Modifications to services: We are open to discussing changes or adjustments to current projects. However, changes may alter scope, timeline, or cost. Please contact your account manager or our support team to discuss.

5. Quality Assurance

While refunds are not offered, we stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of service delivery.

  • Provide clear feedback or concerns.

  • We will work with you to address issues, provide revisions, or make reasonable adjustments to meet your expectations.

6. Dispute Resolution

If issues remain unresolved, you can escalate by contacting hello@vistaarwebx.com. All unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and our standard dispute resolution process.

7. Acknowledge Before Purchase

By proceeding with any purchase or engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or returns are permitted under this policy.
