Vistaar WebX is looking for a sharp, reliable, and fast-learning Founder’s Associate Intern who will work directly with the Founder across operations, strategy, client management, content, and execution.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to understand how a brand development agency actually runs — from ideas to execution to client delivery — and grow into a full-time leadership-track role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Operational Support
- Assist the Founder in day-to-day operations, task coordination, and team follow-ups.
- Help plan and execute client strategies, content calendars, campaigns, and deliverables.
- Prepare briefs, notes, SOPs, and internal documents.
2. Client & Project Coordination
- Join client meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure tasks are assigned and delivered on time.
- Assist in managing multiple brands across SMM, design, ads, and website projects.
3. Research & Insights
- Conduct brand, industry, competitor, and market research to support decision-making.
- Create summaries, reports, and presentation inputs for internal and client use.
4. Content & Creative Support
- Draft content outlines, hooks, reels ideas, scripts, captions, and concept notes.
- Coordinate with design, video, and performance teams for smooth execution.
5. Founder-Level Execution
- Work closely with the Founder on internal projects like hiring, training, workflow systems, and agency building.
- Assist in building decks, proposals, pitch documents, and case studies.
6. Admin & Organizational Support
- Maintain schedules, follow-ups, reminders, and priority tasks for the Founder.
- Support with documentation, file management, and basic operational tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced work.
- Good understanding of branding, social media, and marketing fundamentals.
- High sense of responsibility, discipline, and ownership.
- Strong research ability and quick learning mindset.
- Proficiency in Notion/Google Workspace tools is a plus.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Freshers welcome — agency experience is a bonus.
