Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for social media, websites, ads, blogs, and brand campaigns.
• Support the creative and design teams with hooks, captions, scripts (short formats), and copy suggestions.

2. SEO Writing

• Create SEO-friendly website and blog content.
• Use basic keyword research to structure content for rankings and organic reach.

3. Brand Copywriting

• Develop taglines, headlines, product descriptions, and campaign messaging.
• Maintain consistent tone of voice across all platforms.

4. Research & Insights

• Research topics, competitors, and industry trends to support high-quality content.
• Study brand guidelines and prepare content aligned with strategy.

5. Editing & Quality Check

• Proofread all content for grammar, clarity, and flow.
• Ensure the content is polished before sending it to design or publishing.

6. Performance Awareness

• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand what content performs well
  and improve writing based on insights.

Requirements

• Strong command over written English and clear communication.
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword placement.
• Ability to write fast, clean, and brand-aligned copy.
• Good research skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple brands at once.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Understanding of social media trends and digital content styles.
• Ability to write hooks for reels/short videos.
• Prior experience with WordPress or CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of AI tools for content assistance.
