Graphic Designer (Intern → Full-Time)

Vistaar WebX — a full-stack brand development agency — is looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our team.
If you love designing for brands, understand visual storytelling, and can work in a fast-paced agency environment, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality designs for social media, websites, campaigns, ads, packaging, and brand identity assets.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, icons, and brand elements that maintain consistency across platforms.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining clarity and aesthetic appeal.
• Collaborate with the creative team on brand guidelines, style frames, mood boards, and visual direction.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep visuals fresh and modern.
• Incorporate internal and client feedback and deliver revisions within deadlines.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 0–1+ years in graphic design (internship/agency experience preferred).
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva (Figma is a plus).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create clean, modern, brand-aligned visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your best design work is mandatory.
